I’ve been passionate about humans and sports for as long as I can remember. I was that girl who played sports with the boys—the one coaches from every discipline invited to join their teams. I had the drive, the talent, the fire. But when game time came, my performance never quite matched my potential.
Looking back, I realize it wasn’t my body—it was my mind.
Today, I wish I had known then what I know now about the power of mindset. The power of The (W)inner Smile. That’s why I’m so dedicated to guiding athletes through the fears, limiting beliefs, and inner noise that hold them back from reaching their highest potential.
Through mental coaching, yoga, and meditation, I help athletes strengthen not only their bodies, but also their minds—so they can perform with self-confidence, positivity, and calm.

I’ve always been drawn to the truth behind people’s actions—what drives them, what holds them back, and what ignites real transformation. From leading youth golf camps to running companies, my path has always been about leadership—but not the kind that tells others what to do. The kind that serves, listens, and empowers.
I believe people hold far more potential than they often express. My mission is to help them unlock it.
Through trust, honest communication, and a touch of humor, I create the space for individuals to reconnect with their strengths, stretch their limits, and step into action with clarity and confidence.
What fuels me most is working with people in the world of sports—where values like commitment, effort, and resilience come alive. I see myself as a devoted teammate, someone you want by your side in the locker room and on the field. Because in the end, it’s not just about performance—it’s about the person behind it.
